THE TRAINING AND MARKETING GO CENTRE (CIM GO), a department within the framework of GO SERV, has as its field of activity the training in the TIC field (Information and Communication Technology), and its main purpose is to satisfy the requests of their clients with diversity and high quality.

CIM GO has been accreditated as `Territorial Authorised C.P.I. Training Centre` by the ECDL Romanian Centre for Informatics Preparation, that has trening centres all over the country.

Starting with April 2004, CIM GO is accredited as an ECDL Assay Centre, in order to get the EUROPEAN LICENCE OF COMPUTER MANAGEMENT.

ECDL is largely prevalent all over the world, both in public and private domains, education and administration, so its national recognition has been realised through H.G. 1007/2001 and the order of The Decree of Public Administration Ministry 252/02.06.2003. Due to this recognition, it has been considered as necesary that all public officers were instructed and specialised in informatics. It has also been settled that all informatics research and instruction programmes were organised in colaboration with the assay acredited centres according to the ECDL standard.

Due to the agreement with the Natinal Administration Institute, the ECDL courses teached by CIM GO are certified by the INA, according to 418 Decree in the 12th of November 2004, reguarding the typology of the continue shaping programmes, addressed to the pblic officers. According to the first article of this decree, the first alignment, `The continue shaping of the public officers is realised through: (b) improving programes in the public administration or in domaines/specializations that corespond to specific public jobs with a duration oscillating between 3 and 20 days`, and according to article 2, alignment 3, `The confirmation of the improving programmes graduation is made through certificates liberated by the organizatory institutions`.

According to the authorizations with the numbers 000067 in 23.03.2005 and 000075 in 01.04.2005, the students can also receive a CNFP certificate attested by The Ministry of Work and The Ministry of Culture. The certificate can be initiatory for ECDL START or qualificatory for ECDL STANDARD.

CIM GO`s partners are The Baia Mare Local Council and The Baia Mare Iuga Fundation and that is why it has demarated the participation at the `Living Heritage` project, whose main purpose is the realisation and maintenance of marketing and computerised contability courses, having as main audience the dabs, artisans and popular artists in Baia Mare. At the end of the course the coursants will have realised projects based on the knowledge accumulated during the seminars.

Now, CIM GO is involved in the deployment of the `European Business, European Managers` project, whose objective is the qualification of the managerial and administration jobs dons, having as a partner the State University Petru Maior in Tg. Mures. Those courses are divided into 4 modules:

• Financial Management
• Managerial Contability-computerization of the costs
• Human Resources Management
• Environmental Quality Management

CIM GO will offer you a qualified personnel, halls endowed with a sufficient number of performant computers, accredited courses and a flexible organization, depending on the schedule and IT knowledge of your employes. In the first phase, we can also offer you free simulatory tests in order to settle the main groups of interests for primary instruction. The competent employes of the CIM GO will offer you, at any time, technical or logistcal details on what concerns the ECDL tests, the most proper instruction methods, based on segments of the personnel that takes part at the ECDL courses and tests.

CIM GO will also organise the `Quality Management` course, made of 5 modules: Quality Management ISO 9000:2000, Documents reguarding the System of Quality Management, Shaping of the Internal Quality Auditors, Strategic Management, Project Management.

Quality and the management of quality represent a predilect theme of discussion when it comes up about Romania's integration into the European Union. The general opinion is that being certificated by the ISO is a major advantage, but very few know for real what this thing means. There`s a long way from wanting an ISO certfication to getting one, full of practical and theoretical obstacles. This course is wanted to be especially a practical one, to coach those who wish to get ISO certificates, so their way to reaching this objective would be short and efficient. This is why the requests of the ISO standard 9000:2000 will be documented and explained through many examples and case studies.
