MODULE – MP 01 – lasting 20 hours

The knowledge of the requests and conditions of the projects financing

Knowledge and use of the proper methods for diferrent phases in the deployment of a project.

APPLICATION identification and redactation of a financing project for the implementation of the Quality Management System, according to the ISO standard 9001:2000.

MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY-ISO 9000:2000

MODULE – MC 01 – lasting 12 hours

Knowledge of the requests and concepts of the management of quality – the ISO standards 9000:2000.

Quality: concept and evolution, standards in the field of quality, ISO 9001:2000 – general requests.

DOCUMENTS FOR THE SYSTEM OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT

MODULE – MC 02 – lasting 12 hours

ISO 901:2000 – requests refering to documents

Display of the structure of documents refering to the System of Quality Management.

SHAPING OF THE INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIENCE

MODULE – MC 03 – lasting 24 hours

Principles and terms refering the systems of the quality management. The ISO requests 9001:2001.

Audition of the quality manageent systems – ISO 1911:2002.

Specification: in order to attend the audition courses, you first need to attend one of the MC 01 or MC 02 courses or to prezent a proof that you have attended a course refering to the system of quality management.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

MODULE – MS 01 – lasting 18 hours

The evaluation and analysis of the internal and external medium of the organisation – the SWOT analysis – detection of good and bad items, opportunities and imminences.

Formulation of the organization's mission.

Settlement of the long and short term objectives.

Elaboration of the functional strategies for own organization.

Technique for the monitorization and evaluation of the strategy implementation.
