   GOSERV is structured in two departments: the IT Department , which deals with marketing, computer assemblage, designing and execution for data / voice networks, and CIM GO (THE TRAING AND MARKETING GO CENTRE) which offers training, assays of computer utilization knowledge, accountancy, management of quality, strategic and designing management.

    The experience accumulated during all these years of activity of the IT Department is put across by the co-op relationships with traditional partners; we promote consecrate marks like IBM, ACER-BENQ in the computer field, KONIKA-MINOLTA and HP for peripherals and office accesories, CISCO and LINKSIS for computer networks.

Besides the quality of the equipments offered, our company provides high qualitaty services executed by a young staff, trained to respond quickly to the requests of our clients.

Some of the services that the IT Department provides: computers and peripheral equipments, infomational clues for the retail of restaurants and hotel units, IT service (computers, printers, structured networks, consumables for the commerced products -paper, toner, ribbons, paper rolls …). All products have a high technicity and fiability level and their guarantees last from 6 months to 3 years.

The IT DEPARTMENT, which takes part of the twister network, cater all the computer trademarks in this network and promotes all the facilities ofered by the system to the ultimate client.

On what concerns the designing, construction and upkeeping of networks, the IT DEPARTMENT has signed in a partnership with CISCO and LINKSYS for their products, information and specialization.

Through this department, GO SERV Society was handed the following certificates and diploms for its results:

-The State Office for Inventions and Trademarks: The Registraton Certificates no. 47693/ 06.06.2001

-Microsoft Certified Dealer (Microsoft Certficate) 1998

GO SERV got involved into diverse international programs and projects. At the beginning it also got involved into the Phare Programme 2000 `ECONOMICAL AND SOCIAL COHESION` and activated in the domain of human resources, in the context of the industrial restructuration; its purpose was the elaboration, promotion and evaluation of a programe and management plan that would assure the application of the modern management methods, meantime with the increase of the performance and efficience level of the specialised employes for some local companies consecrate in the outpoot of goods and service, congruent with market requests and the regional development plans. The programe, whose target is represented by groups of managers (assistant managers), marketing managers and employes of the marketing department of some local companies with a high economic potential in the output of goods and services.

In the year of 2003, the CIM GO management initiated a programe that improves the quality of the products in order to increase the satisfaction of their clients and so CIM GO got the certification of SRAC (Romanian Society for Quality Assurance), according to the SR EN ISO 9001/2001 standard with the certificate number : 1591 from 13.12.2003.

On 22.04.2004 The Marketing and Instruction GO Center was established, concurrent with the elicitation of The Sublicence Contract no. 189: The Centre Certificate Accredited by ECDL concerning people's assay according to The ECDL Assay Methodology, recognised as an international standard and addopted by The Govenment of Romania through H.G. 1007/2001 which refers to the information of public officers. The first phase of this vaste project of professional forming is addressed to an approximate number of 250 000 public officers. The tests, which follow the analitic ECDL programe, take place in the accredited CIM GO testing hall.

CIM GO`s partners are The Baia Mare Local Council and The Baia Mare Iuga Fundation, That is why it has demarated the participation at the `Living Heritage` project, whose main purpose is the realisation and maintenance of marketing and computerised contability courses, having as main audience the dabs, artisans and popular artists in Baia Mare. At the end of the course the coursants realised projects based on the knowledge accumulated during seminars.

Now, CIM GO is involved in the deployment of the `European Business, European Managers` project, whose objective is the qualification of the managerial and administration jobs dons, having as a partner the State University Petru Maior in Tg. Mures. Those courses are divided into 4 modules:

-Financial Management

-Managerial Contability-computerization of the costs

-Human Resources Management

-Environmental Quality Management

We hope that after this project has been finished the economic issues in the district of Maramures will have been improved by those who took part to the courses teached in the CIM GO halls.

CIM GO is authorised by the Adulthood Professional Forming National Centre to organise initiation programs for the `Computer Operator, Information Processing` place, with the Authorisation series MM no. 000075 / 01.04 2005, respectively calification programs for the `Operator of Data Introduction, Validation and Processing` with the Authorisation series MM no. 000067 / 23.03.2005. The CIM GO teachers possess examinator certificates authorised by ECDL Romania SA and they are fully trained for the training activities that they organise in this department.

Due the agreement striked with the National Administration Institute, the ECDL courses teached by CIM GO are certified by the INA, according to the Decree no 418 in the 12th of November 2004, reguarding the typology of the continue shaping programmes, addressed to public officers. According to the first article in this decree, the first alignment, `The continue shaping of the public officers is realised through: (b) improving programmes in the public administration or in domaines/specializations that correspond to specific public jobs with a duration oscillating between 3 and 20 days`, and according to article 2, alignment 3, `The confirmation of the improving programmes graduation is made through certificates liberated by the organizatory institutions`.

Each CIM GO hall is endowed with 20 computers interconnected with LAN networks; these halls can be found in one of the next locations:

-the ECDL accredited hall in Baia Mare, b-dul Traian no. 8

-the hall in Sighetu Marmatiei, in the main building of the `Bogdan Voda` National College, str.Mihai Viteazu no. 14

-the council hall of the Mairy in Viseu de Sus, str. 22 Decembrie no. 19

-the multimedia lab of Petru Rares Highschool - Targu Lapus, Eminescu Street.

CIM GO has taken into consideration Romania`s imminent integration into the European Union and the strict requests imposed for our economy; as a consequence, in collaboration with academic teachers specialised in this kind of issues, it has innitiated courses in the domaines of Quality Management, Strategic Management and Project Management, which nowadays are of a very high interest for the Romanian economical development.

CIM GO`s main purpose is to participate at the increase of professional training level in the domains of informatics, management, marketing or any other domain that could bring its contribution to the local or even national development plans.

The GO SERV Society, by the mediation of its departments offers high level products and services.
